📋 Description

• You install, maintain, and operate our virtual Windows servers (Hyper-V) across our currently 20 sites • You are responsible for optimizing and securing our Active Directory and Entra ID directory structure • You build and further develop our Microsoft Azure and M365 infrastructure • You support the support team with technical issues in the server environment • You create technical documentation and ensure it remains up to date • You take responsibility in IT projects and contribute to their successful completion

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), a degree in (business) computer science, or a comparable qualification • At least 3 years of professional experience as an IT system administrator • Several years of experience operating decentralized on-premises IT infrastructures (Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure) • Ideally, several years of experience operating cloud infrastructures (Microsoft Azure and M365) • Solid experience with Group Policy, patch management, and permissions/access management • Good understanding of IT security and its implementation in Windows environments • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written • Proactive, independent, and team-oriented working style
