📋 Description

• Manage inbound customer requests for technical support and services • Resolve inbound Customer Support questions via phone, email, or troubleshooting screen share meetings • Identify customer needs and help customers leverage specific Allego features • Analyze and report product challenges and enhancements to Allego’s Product Team • Provision new customer systems • Assist with supplemental content creation and transformation • Create new Allego systems • Contribute to the Allego Training and Knowledge Base by authoring email templates and customer-help articles • Escalate requests to the Advanced Support, Customer Success, or Operations team • Reinforce Allego’s reputation for fast and friendly customer support

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and strong writing skills • Passion for problem-solving • Prior troubleshooting experience • SaaS experience preferred • Detail-oriented and driven by quality • Ability to operate in an extremely fast-paced and evolving start-up environment • Experience using Zendesk CRM preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Flexibility to adjust hours within the 8:00 AM–9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time operational window
