📋 Description

• Handling judicial credit recovery proceedings; • Drafting petitions and other procedural documents in enforcement actions, judgment execution, and ancillary enforcement measures; • Case analysis and development of strategies for credit recovery; • Case monitoring and deadline management; • Asset searches and analysis of enforcement measures to satisfy claims; • Preparing reports and updating case information; • Client contact for alignment and ongoing case follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (completed); • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Knowledge of Civil Procedure; • Strong legal drafting skills and analytical ability; • Organized with strong deadline management skills; • Familiarity with legal case management systems and Microsoft Office suite; • Experience in judicial credit recovery is a plus; • Postgraduate qualification in Civil Law or Civil Procedure is desirable, with a focus on technical and practical development in these areas.
