📋 Description

• Will work in the Capital Solutions and Special Situations area • Issuance and renegotiation of debentures, security instruments and other financial contracts • M&A transactions and distressed assets • Debt renegotiations and restructurings

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree completed between Dec/2022 and Jun/2024 • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) – São Paulo • Intermediate to advanced English is a plus • Broad knowledge of Corporate/Business Law, with background in Capital Markets or Corporate Law • Previous experience at full-service law firms or financial institutions is a plus
