• Hands-on development and maintenance of Interoperability applications in public health. • Act as a supervisor and provide guidance to a team of Integration Engineers. • Design highly scalable software solutions to improve functionality and system longevity. • Communicate effectively with business leaders and stakeholders. • Be innovative and share ideas for improving data processing techniques. • Stay current with new technologies, tools, components, and frameworks.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in computer science. • Prior experience as a team lead or manager. • 5+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer with hands-on experience in integration solutions. • Proficiency in Rhapsody, Mirth, or other integration engines. • Strong knowledge of database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL. • Familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards like HL7v2, HL7v3, IHE, and FHIR. • Experience in programming languages like JavaScript. • Solid skills in SOAP and REST web services, XML, XSLT, JSON standards. • Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms, AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes. • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, quick learner with strong problem-solving skills. • Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration abilities. • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and remote collaboration.
