Join our growing legal team as a Paralegal at Altium • Imagine starting your day by providing top-notch legal and administrative support to our General Counsel • Dive into researching and analyzing legal and regulatory developments, ensuring we stay ahead of the game • Review and draft redline mutual non-disclosure agreements • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to promote consistency and knowledge transfer • Manage legal team calendar and deliverables • Play a pivotal role in managing IP trademark portfolio and Patent Register • Lead legal integration of acquired businesses under the guidance of General Counsel • Remote position in Germany may require working hours beyond regular hours

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal at a global SaaS organization • Fluency in CLM, file management, and document management systems • Demonstrable critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and manage time effectively • Sound work ethic commitment to confidentiality and attention to detail • Fluency with legal documents and confidence in your work • Mature and calm personality • Ability to work with sales teams • Willingness to be coached • Experience with redlining NDAs and assembling legal documents for teams • Ability to bring together legal principles for the organization • Good understanding of data protection or privacy regulations • Certification is not required, but tertiary experience preferred • Previous experience in a legal department beneficial • Bilingual in German and strong English (EMEA) is a huge plus
