Description

• Develop, review, debug and deploy Blockchain projects based on Rust • Participate in bootstrapping new blockchain or parachain networks using Rust based frameworks (i.e. Substrate, Solana)

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development • Recent experience using Rust (e.g. Solana, OpenEthereum, or Parity Substrate) • Good understanding of borrowing memory model and generic type abstractions • Good knowledge of smart contracts and web3 solutions • Desirable knowledge of multithreading model and synchronization techniques in Rust • Proven experience in ETL, GraphQL, GoLang, NodeJS, Cloud Native stack, Infrastructure as Code, cloud services, and DevOps methodologies • Strong team collaboration skills • Experience with multi-regional teams and remote scrum and agile methodologies • In-depth knowledge of software delivery/integration life cycle under agile methodology • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Advanced oral and written English skills
