• Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting mid-market to enterprise-level organizations. • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue goals. • Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand business needs and position CX solutions effectively. • Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients, becoming a consultative partner in their digital and CX transformation journey. • Team, co-sell, and collaborate with partner community. • Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to align client objectives and ensure successful outcomes. • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the CX domain. • Travel-Ready: Meet customers, partners, and colleagues face-to-face to build meaningful relationships and close deals.
• 7+ years of proven success in B2B sales, with a strong focus on Customer Experience, Contact Center, CCaaS, CRM, or CX technology solutions. • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas and building strategic relationships in complex, consultative sales environments. • Agile Performer: Thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where every day brings new opportunities. • Deep understanding of CX industry challenges, trends, and key technologies (e.g., AI, automation, omnichannel engagement, voice of the customer). • Experience navigating large organizations and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications or continued education in sales or CX a plus. • Language competency beyond English may be required.
