📋 Description

• Support users and oversee ticket resolution • Analyze requirements and incidents reported by business teams • Configure the solution and correct inconsistencies • Perform unit and integration testing • Partner with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure the stability of payroll processes • Support the SAP SuccessFactors environment, with a focus on Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP • Knowledge of payroll processes for the United States and Canada • Experience configuring, supporting, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors • Ability to analyze business processes and propose solutions • Experience with functional testing, validation, and correcting inconsistencies • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-management skills • Advanced English proficiency for daily work in a global environment • Candidates with up to 10 years of experience will be prioritized
