• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team
• A minimum of 7 years of sales or business development experience, or similar roles within Internet Publishing, Media & Entertainment, Broadcast, Streaming TV, OTT or similar industries in Mexican M&E industry • Previous experience in technical and customer-facing roles like Solution/Sales Engineer, Customer Engagement Engineer, Technical Account Manager • Technical background with understanding of digital workflows, video streaming management, distribution, analytics, and monetization • Experience building and maintaining relationships, while driving engagement and upselling • Ability to understand client business strategies, goals, and initiatives to translate these into Amagi’s selling opportunities • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative is a must • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals • Native-level fluency of Spanish and fluency of English. An understanding of Portuguese is a plus • Previous business relationships with Televisa and Azteca is ideal
• Drive the growth of M&E Mexican market and LATAM streaming platforms (e.g LG, Claro Video, Izzi) with our customers • Maintain a cadence of structured communicating with customers about their adoption trends, and identifying, developing and closing opportunities for both tactical and strategic projects • Proactively solve problems for the customers with a sense of urgency to bring things to a quick resolution • Manage pipeline and forecasting, while over-delivering on sales quotas • Provide feedback to the internal teams regarding the product and service improvement • Become a Streaming TV | OTT | FAST | Content distribution expert and industry advisor
