• Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives. • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities. • Implement and manage security controls to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security incidents. • Monitor security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner. • Provide guidance and support to IT and business stakeholders on security-related matters. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle of applications, systems, and infrastructure. • Lead security awareness training and education programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance. • Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies to continuously improve the organization's security posture. • Prepare and maintain documentation related to information security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. • Master's degree preferred. • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent certification preferred. • Minimum of [X] years of experience in information security management roles. • Strong knowledge of information security principles, standards, and best practices. • Experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) frameworks. • Hands-on experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption, and identity/access management solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate security risks effectively. • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
