📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive advisory services to companies on U.S. visa application processes. • Guide clients on required documentation, ensuring compliance, organization and accuracy at every stage of the process. • Complete and review mandatory visa application forms. • Schedule interviews and other steps with the U.S. Consulate, ensuring speed and precision in the information provided. • Manage processes end-to-end, conducting ongoing follow-up with clients and involved agencies. • Monitor deadlines, application statuses and outstanding documents, ensuring adherence to established timelines. • Perform financial controls related to the processes, including verification of payments, fees and internal records. • Operate in a high-demand environment, managing multiple processes simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail. • Ensure a consultative, transparent and efficient client experience, providing security and peace of mind throughout the process.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience providing U.S. visa advisory services. • Experience in client service at various levels, including VIP/executive service. • Intermediate English preferred. • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. • Availability to work in a hybrid format – on-site 3 days per week.
