• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles • Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs and deliver outcomes • Advise and support stakeholders by aligning hiring needs with talent strategies • Drive direct sourcing and talent mapping • Ensure a consistent candidate experience
🎯 Requirements
• 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition • Solid experience recruiting in manufacturing environments • Experience in multinational, matrix organizations • Fluent in English and another language (ex: French, German, Spanish, Italian) • Strong “get-the-ground-running” mindset
