📋 Description

• Manage the regular upload and validation of spend data within the CRM • Conduct weekly reviews of project charge codes to resolve discrepancies • Prepare comparative evaluations of actual costs against budgets • Conduct studies and analyze financial information to determine present and future performance • Execute monthly BD reporting processes from CRM and provide ad hoc reports • Manage PBI reporting to ensure data availability and integrity • Execute monthly accrual processes and provide continuous monitoring of BD/B&P budgets • Ensure strict adherence to internal procedures, FAR, and GAAP • Support internal and external audit requests

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Project Accountant, or Accountant • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related Discipline • 3+ years experience with a Masters may substitute for experience • Understanding of BD lifecycle process and terminology highly preferred • Experience in Dynamics CRM and Power BI (PBI) highly preferred • Must be US Citizen.
