📋 Description

• Monitor daily EDI transactions to ensure orders, invoices, and shipment notices are sent and received correctly • Identify and resolve EDI or system integration errors quickly to avoid delays in order processing or fulfillment • Collaborate with operations, logistics, accounting, IT, and external trading partners to correct data issues • Maintain documentation for EDI processes, mappings, and issue resolutions • Analyze recurring EDI errors to identify root causes and suggest improvements • Support onboarding and testing of new trading partners, including validating EDI transaction sets • Ensure ERP system data, especially in NetSuite, syncs properly with EDI transactions • Stay current on retailer and marketplace EDI standards to keep integrations compliant and efficient

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • Working knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML/Flat File EDI formats • Familiarity with EDI document types 850, 856, 810, 940, and 945 • Ability to read and interpret mapping specifications • Ability to troubleshoot translation errors • Experience with ERP system and EDI integrations preferred • Previous experience supporting EDI implementations or partner onboarding • Adaptability in fast-paced environments • Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners • Analytical problem-solving abilities • Proactive and detail-oriented approach
