Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to • Bank Reconciliation • Bills/Invoice processing • Aged Payables/Receivables • Payroll Processing • Financial Statement Preparation • Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS’s) & Installment Activity Statements (IAS’s) • End of Year Accounts • Ensure that all work is error-free and professionally presented • Communication with clients to gather and follow up on the needed information • Perform other tasks as requested or required

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. • CPA is preferred but not required • At least 1 year of Australian experience (accounting or tax or both) • Highly experienced in Xero / MYOB • Strong Excel skills, including report production • Receptive to training and coaching • Strong attention to details and high analytical skills • Excellent communication and time management skills • Trustworthy in managing confidential information
