📋 Description

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis with business areas, understanding the needs, problems, and objectives of initiatives • Support mapping of current and future processes, identifying improvement opportunities, risks, exceptions, and operational impacts • Translate business needs into clear, objective, and traceable functional and non-functional requirements • Identify, document, and validate business rules, scenarios, flows, exceptions, and acceptance criteria • Challenge requests and assumptions, seeking to understand the problem before defining or detailing the solution • Assess impacts and dependencies of changes on processes, systems, integrations, data, and involved areas • Facilitate meetings and workshops for elicitation, refinement, and validation of requirements with diverse stakeholders • Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring a common understanding of scope, rules, and expected behavior of solutions • Support development and QA teams during implementation by clarifying questions and managing requirement adjustments • Participate in validation of delivered solutions, ensuring adherence to requirements and business needs
