📋 Description

• The Regional Sales Director is responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations within a designated geographic area • The RSD will identify growth opportunities through development of new agency appointments to enhance new sales opportunities • Manage and implement strategies to grow the sales pipeline • Maintain agency relationships and manage all aspects of the sales process for both new business and renewals • Collaborate with marketing, Third Party Administrators, and operations teams to support sales and client relation initiatives • Attend client meetings or events, agent trainings or events, and conferences both local and national as needed • Travel will be required up to but not limited to 30% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required) • Sales experience (2+ years) in B2B sales preferred, or 2 years of forward-facing client services • Proactive "self-starter" who can manage their own calendar, set goals, and drive their own activity • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Public speaking experience • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proven history of high performance in competitive environments (sports, sales, or similar)
