Description

• Anaconda is seeking a talented Technical Program Manager to join our rapidly-growing company. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects within Anaconda. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience 3 years as a technical program manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project). • Team attitude: “I am not done until WE are done” • Embody our core values: - Great People - Great Product - Great Performance • Care deeply about fostering an environment where people of all backgrounds and experiences can flourish
