• Anaconda is seeking a talented Technical Program Manager to join our rapidly-growing company. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects within Anaconda. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience 3 years as a technical program manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project). • Team attitude: “I am not done until WE are done” • Embody our core values: - Great People - Great Product - Great Performance • Care deeply about fostering an environment where people of all backgrounds and experiences can flourish
