Description

• Financial Analyst role based in Portugal • Responsible for overseeing financial activities for the Portuguese entity • Ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards • Collaborate with Finance Team members and provide financial insights to support decision-making • Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies for compliance • Lead in applying for financial funds and incentives offered by the Portuguese Government or European Union

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration • 4+ years of experience in financial management, reporting, accounting, or audit • Strong knowledge of Portuguese GAAP • Proficiency in financial systems and software • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Fluency in English and Portuguese • Bonus: Experience in a Big 4 firm or as a Chartered Accountant
