• Execute a diverse range of responsibilities within the scope of creating, organizing, developing, and producing proposals and other formally requested client correspondence • Work directly with the Director of Commercial Services and Senior Management • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gain insights and provide subject matter expertise • Perform data collection and administrative tasks • Translate and synthesize information into commercial offering • Improve proposal-writing results • Communicate effectively with colleagues across global time zones • Adhere to all business processes • Take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Either Advanced degree in a related field (MBA, JD) with 1 – 3 years of experience OR Bachelors’ degree in related field or discipline with minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience • Demonstrated interest in class action, collective redress, mass tort, and/or notice and claims administration • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment • Solid understanding of business development processes and best practices • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines without sacrificing quality • Ability to maintain a high level of data accuracy and an organized workflow • Demonstrated willingness to take on new tasks and adapt to changing business needs
