Description

• Develop scalable and innovative solutions to manage the portfolio of early-stage investments • Coordinate with other AngelList and Belltower teams for product development • Provide legal review on portfolio company actions related to financings, IPOs, mergers, and acquisitions • Partner with the Portfolio Management Service Team to offer legal expertise • Develop systems to leverage data in the AngelList platform • Engage with top venture investors daily • Drive day-to-day execution of KPIs & SLAs for Portfolio Management Services • Handle escalations and exceptions within the service area • Implement process improvements to deliver value to fund managers & their portfolio companies

Requirements

• JD & minimum of 3-6 years of transactional legal experience with a focus on VC investor or startup representation • Excellent business sense and ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly • Exceptional organizational skills and systems thinking • Deep understanding of VC legal structures • Willingness to be hands-on and fill gaps • Experience with process automations is a nice-to-have • Positive attitude towards regular change and improvement • Demonstrated performance excellence
