• Identify and develop sales potential for Antivibration Technology • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships • Take full responsibility for assigned international key accounts • Create and implement account plans to drive sales growth • Lead discussions with key decision-makers • Organize customer workshops and events • Coordinate internal resources to deliver customer-focused solutions • Provide market insights and contribute to the development of the product portfolio
• Degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification • Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience with technical products • At least 3 years managing major or strategic accounts • Experience in project management, solution selling and international key account management • Strong technical and commercial acumen • Knowledge of Antivibration Technology and relevant industrial applications • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills • Proficient in MS Office • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage • Willingness to travel internationally
