📋 Description

• Monitor requests for special accommodations for the admissions process • Create HTML pages containing exam instructions • Perform facial biometric verification for candidates • Cancel and supplement course offerings in the system • Create admissions examinations with course offerings, formats, and rules in the system • Monitor scheduled digital exams • Monitor and follow up on exams • Prepare the candidate portal and digital exam • Process payment for support team shifts during admissions processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress • Intermediate Excel proficiency • Knowledge of the VESTIB and SIAF systems is desirable • Availability to work weekends during admissions examinations • At least six months of service as an educator • At least six months since the last internal transfer or position change • Not currently participating in another internal recruitment process • Application submitted within the specified deadline • Manager must be notified of the application for the internal position
