Description

• Anima is looking for visionary designer leaders and architects who can think from first principles • Candidates are expected to be great decision makers who deserve complete autonomy and are forces of nature when empowered with it • The company has a relaxed and flexible culture but requires decisive execution • The role requires a UX-focused individual with excellent communication skills, strong design fundamentals, and an uncanny ability to intuit the deepest anxieties and opportunities for user joy even with minimal user research • Candidates should be able to work in an iterative design process, guided by user feedback and company goals

Requirements

• Candidates should have multiple years of experience in similar roles or vast knowledge of the design industry • Experience with Figma is preferred but not necessary • The role requires exceptional attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics that ensure a careful and thorough approach to Figma mockups • Candidates should be familiar with designing clear user flows (sometimes called user flows) • Must be able to communicate designs concisely and clearly to the team, both verbally and through the materials they produce (sketches, wireframes, prototypes, etc.) • Must be able to distill complex concepts and processes into simple, elegant user flows and interactions • The company accepts candidates from all over the world and offers remote jobs in EU West and NA, and plans to seed some in-person teams • Candidates should be hungry and want their shot to change the world, and should be excited to join a fast-growing and ambitious company
