• Providing exceptional technical support for products and services • Conducting Tech Calls for non-tech-savvy patients • Guiding patients through using Android tablets and verifying settings • Ensuring RPM devices are connected and transmitting accurate data • Assisting patients in joining appointments via Zoom meetings • Supporting clinical team with equipment setup and athenahealth tasks • Handling Tech On-Call duties • Collaborating with Engineering Team • Utilizing GitLab and Azure DevOps for issue filing and resolution • Presenting and taking notes in technical meetings

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer support role • Expertise in Android Tablets and Samsung Knox Suite • Proficiency in managing Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone • Familiarity with medical devices • Knowledge of Athenahealth preferred • Familiarity with issue tracking software and remote support tools • Understanding of technology systems and Google Workspace • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Positive attitude and excellent English language skills • Skilled in technical debugging techniques • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Healthcare setting experience advantageous
