Description

• Lead and have ownership of product feature development including: - Design API contracts, database schemas, and feature architecture - Write robust and secure code to implement product features - Maintain best practices such as CICD and functional testing - Manage other engineers working on the same project - Work with QA for developing test plans - Maintain and support released features - Accurately track work and progress via Jira • Collaborate well with other engineers, product, and QA to ensure quality delivery of product features

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience with fluency in python • Experience building python REST API services with frameworks like flask, fastAPI, django • Experience with SQL databases and ORM tools like SQLAlchemy • Experience deploying applications with infra as code such as AWS SAM, AWS Cloudformation • Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, ECS • Experience working with big data in data lakes such as snowflake is a plus • Experience with NoSQL databases is a plus • Experience working in the cyber security industry is a plus - especially familiarity with security operation processes and security data sets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
