📋 Description

• Responsible for execution of sales and business development efforts in the United Kingdom • Find, acquire and retain new logos for Anywhere365 SaaS products • Identify and recruit partners to sell Anywhere365 Contact Center as a Service and CPaaS cloud solutions • Maintain and expand existing partner and customer relationships • Utilize multiple acquisition strategies including grass-roots demand and lead generation • Create and drive effective end-to-end sales processes and campaigns • Partner with content & community teams on social marketing programs • Manage RFP/RFI and contract development processes; negotiate and close deals • Keep abreast of competitive intelligence and industry knowledge • Grow overall sales through consultative selling, professional bids/proposals, and client visits • Occasionally attend events within the region or visit customers and partners

• Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal- and external stakeholders, and to be responsive to their needs and concerns • Collaboration: The ability to work effectively with others and to build strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect • Customer centricity: The ability to provide high-quality service to customers, including understanding their needs, solving problems, and responding to feedback • Relationship building: The ability to build strong relationships, and to establish a strong network of contacts and collaborators • Resilience: The ability to bounce back from setbacks and challenges, and to maintain a positive attitude in the face of change • Opportunity recognition: The ability to identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities and trends in the marketplace • Active listening: The ability to listen carefully to the customer's needs, concerns, and feedback and respond appropriately • Earlier sales experience with a SaaS company (required) • Proven experience with the MEDDICC sales methodology • Proven track record for prospecting and closing new business • Proven account management skills • Business modelling skills, developing business cases, and compelling value propositions • Experience in a customer-facing role • Preferably: experience with contact center software/Unified Communications • Willingness to undergo background check (policy differs per country and position)
