• Responsible for execution of sales and business development efforts in the United Kingdom • Find, acquire and retain new logos for Anywhere365 SaaS products • Find new partners in-region to sell Anywhere365 Contact Center as a Service and CPaaS cloud solutions and maintain existing partner relationships • Utilize multiple acquisition strategies including grass-roots demand and lead generation • Prospect, generate, qualify, and nurture leads • Create and drive effective end-to-end sales processes and campaigns • Partner with content & community teams on social marketing programs • Manage and expand client/partner & prospect relationships • Manage RFP/RFI and contract development processes; negotiate and close deals • Keep abreast of competitive intelligence and industry knowledge • Grow overall sales through consultative selling, completing bids/proposals, and attending client visits
• Communication: ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Collaboration: ability to work effectively with others and build strong relationships • Customer centricity: provide high-quality service, understand customer needs, solve problems • Relationship building: establish a strong network of contacts and collaborators • Resilience: bounce back from setbacks and maintain a positive attitude • Opportunity recognition: identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities and trends • Active listening: listen carefully to customers and respond appropriately • Earlier sales experience with a SaaS company (must) • Proven experience with the MEDDICC sales methodology • Proven track record for prospecting and closing new business • Proven account management skills • Business modelling skills, developing business cases and compelling value propositions • Experience in a customer-facing role • Preferably: experience with contact center software/Unified Communications
