📋 Description

• Map business requirements based on ServiceNow platform best practices. • Lead process and best-practice workshops within ServiceNow. • Develop user stories and plan sprints using the Scrum methodology. • Monitor the development, integrated testing, and functional testing of customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • Work on projects for leading companies in their respective industries.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience implementing ServiceNow in one of the following modules: ITSM, CSM, HRSM, SOM, ITBM, S2P, ITOM, IRM, or SecOps. • Experience leading solution platform implementations. • Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at different organizational levels. • Experience delivering presentations and workshops. • At least one of the following certifications: CSA and CIS in one or more of the modules listed above. • Advanced Spanish is a plus. • Fluency in English is a plus. • Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
