• Conduct the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from role alignment to final offer. • Create and maintain an unforgettable candidate experience, with close communication, continuous feedback and agile processes. • Ensure talent curation by combining active sourcing (hunting), employer branding and creative attraction strategies. • Populate and manage the recruitment pipeline with a focus on quality, diversity and performance. • Prepare cultural and technical fit assessments, supporting teams in evaluations and hiring decisions. • Monitor metrics and prepare strategic reports to optimize processes and outcomes. • Act as an ambassador for our culture, strengthening our employer brand and helping communicate what makes Aoop + NTT DATA a unique place to work.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technology Recruitment and Selection (consultancies, startups or IT companies). • Experience handling high volumes of positions and technical profiles. • Proficiency in sourcing/hunting techniques, conducting interviews and evaluating soft and hard skills. • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields. • Experience with ATS systems (preferably Gupy). • Intermediate to Advanced English. • You will stand out if you have: Advanced Spanish (we also operate in LATAM 🌎). • Experience recruiting ServiceNow professionals. • A creative eye for Employer Branding and communication.
