Description

• This role is for the Associate Director of FP&A at Apogee Therapeutics • Provide strategic and operational FP&A support to stakeholders throughout the company • Establish role as strategic finance business partner to program and functional teams • Collaborate across functional teams and departments to compile budgets, forecasts, and spending plans • Act as liaison between business partners and Accounting • Support broader organization through ad hoc projects and analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred • 8+ years finance/FP&A experience with increasing levels of responsibility • Proficiency with excel, financial modeling, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools (Adaptive Planning) • Experience supporting high growth clinical organizations and clinical trial forecasting • Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX principles • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Successfully exhibit Apogee’s C.O.R.E. values: Caring, Original, Resilient and Egoless
