Description
• Install, configure, and support computer systems • Take ownership of user support requests and resolve issues • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, networking, and hardware issues • Provide remote technical support • Repair hardware malfunctions and optimize system performance • Maintain strong internal relationships and deliver exceptional customer service • Handle user account onboarding, updating, and offboarding • Facilitate asset purchasing and manage logistics • Propose enhancements to improve efficiency and security measures • Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets
Requirements
• Experience administrating macOS MDMs • Experience administrating Okta (a plus) • Experience administrating Google Workspace • Proficiency in working with current IT equipment and technologies • Expertise and knowledge administrating large SaaS platforms environments
