Description

• The Brand Strategy Manager serves as the intersection of strategic thinking and creativity. • Responsible for building, developing, and evolving a client’s distinctive brand strategy, defining all essential brand elements. • Leads and creates Strategic Outcomes, Workshops, Creative Briefs, Stakeholder Sell-in Presentations, Final Experience Strategy, and Brand Narratives. • Reports to the Senior Director of Brand Strategy and works within the Strategy Department. • Set the strategy for the creative department to align with business goals of clients. • Help unlock the creative potential of brands, of Apply Digital and its people. • Develop and implement innovative strategies to strengthen strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in Brand Strategy. • Previous experience in professional services or consultancy/agency environments. • Ability to synthesize culture, research and competition to develop thorough insights. • Ability to craft brand strategy territories - developing briefs for creative teams. • Strategically assess creative and provide actionable feedback. • Experience with planning and executing workshops. • Strong ability to create storytelling presentations tailored to different audiences. • Ability to plan strategies from start to finish, including mapping out steps. • Ability to support Business Development activities, e.g. pitch prep. • Can effectively articulate scope requirements for different types of strategy engagements. • Able to operate successfully both independently and as a collaborator.
