Description
• Assist customers online in using the site • Provide customer support via email, chat, social media, or telephone • Guide users on orders, payments, deliveries, and returns • Give advice on styles and fabrics • Update customer accounts and case notes • Liaise with production and team manager • Interact with clients via various channels • Operate according to company procedures • Develop knowledge of products • Receive extensive training and constant support
Requirements
• Fluent in English and German • Passion for human relations and customer relationship • Empathy, listening skills, and analysis • Excellent communication skills • Previous customer relations or customer service experience • Interest in men’s clothing and style • Previous use of CRM software • Knowledge of German language is a plus • Proficient in IT systems, Google docs, and web-based helpdesk systems
