Description

• We are seeking a talented Solutions Engineer to join our team and serve as a key liaison between our clients and our SaaS platform • In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive sales opportunities forward • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our SaaS platform and have a proven track record in sales, enabling them to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients while delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience • Proven experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role, preferably within the SaaS and Life Sciences industry • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud computing, and related technologies • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client needs and develop creative solutions • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for technology and driving business results
