• Guide customers through entire interaction with Appspace • Drive subscription renewal and expansion • Advocate for customers with open discussions • Check in regularly with customers to help with software updates or account changes • Ensure customers are getting the most out of the platform by sharing new features, updates, use cases, insights, and reports • Strive to learn new things by consulting co-workers for challenging customer questions • Escalate support tickets and provide regular status updates • Deliver and arrange training sessions for users • Be an active team member
• 3-5 years of professional work experience in business development, account management, or sales role • Preferred experience in the software (SaaS) industry • Preferred degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline • Familiarity with Salesforce and technically adept • Great communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Self-motivation, multitasking, and proactiveness • Ability to collaborate with coworkers across teams • Passion for creating work experiences people love
