Description
• The purpose of the Engineering Manager role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the team and provide hands-on contribution to the technical tasks. • You are accountable for the team’s successful delivery of quality software that delivers the scope that is agreed with the Product Organization. • You lead by example. • You will guide, support and coach the team to hit our targets as well as help your staff become to stretch and become the best version of themselves. • You assure that multiple needs are well balanced. This includes the business perspective, the team’s needs, design best practices, quality objectives and helping balance experience levels. • You work with the team to identify and solve problems in the development process. Be it on the decision making, risk mitigation or process execution. • Tech Stack: Java, Angular, Micronaut, Kafka, Cross Plane, Flux, AWS, Azure. • We’ll provide you with the opportunity to grow your expertise in an environment that supports you, your life and your career. • We’ll also offer you a competitive salary plus profit-related bonus scheme.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience • Has hands-on experience in their domain and continues to contribute to the technical tasks as a Web Developer (Angular) • Having a synchronization mindset which includes: Stakeholder identification, Making sure the team is properly aligned and connected, Establishing necessary touchpoints • #LI-Hybrid • Remote Wroclaw , Dolnośląskie , Poland • TECH - FYNAPSE
