📋 Description

• Map, design and develop end-to-end process automations integrating internal systems and corporate platforms. • Explore, prototype and implement solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, including virtual agents and automations using LLMs via API. • Perform maintenance, evolution and technical integration of Arco Educação's systems and architectures. • Elicit functional requirements and prepare technical architecture/code specifications together with business areas and technology teams. • Produce detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration maps, API contracts and business rules. • Develop and execute functional, integration and acceptance tests prior to production deployment. • Provide Tier 3 (N3) support and manage Incidents, Problems and Changes (ITIL / GMUD) with engineering teams and vendors. • Monitor system and integration performance and availability using observability tools. • Evaluate and provide technical oversight of deliverables from consulting firms and external vendors, ensuring code quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. • Previous experience in software development or scripting. • Hands-on experience applying or integrating AI solutions, including APIs such as OpenAI/Claude, AI frameworks and intelligent automations. • Practical knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases for SQL/NoSQL queries and data manipulation. • Experience gathering technical requirements, documenting APIs/systems and performing root cause analysis of complex incidents. • Knowledge of IT governance processes, ITIL and Change Management (GMUD). • Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills and systems thinking for resolving technical problems. • Good verbal and written communication to liaise between engineering teams and business areas. • Nice-to-haves: experience or familiarity with AI frameworks; Oracle E-Business Suite or ERP integration; CI/CD, Git and AWS, Azure or GCP; monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace or New Relic.
