📋 Description

• The position states the professional will work as a Senior COBOL Systems Analyst in a global technology transformation initiative • The responsibilities field requests activities related to operation/project work but does not provide specific responsibilities beyond this statement

🎯 Requirements

• Principles and practices of agile software development, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP) and Kanban • Familiarity with tools for COBOL testing and test automation • Analysis of functional, non-functional and agile requirements • Programming skills in Enterprise COBOL 4.0 or higher • Knowledge of IBM z/OS, DB2, CICS, JCL, TSO, MainView, Strobe and Control-M • Experience working as an analyst on mainframe platforms • Knowledge of relational database modeling and database performance analysis • Knowledge of VSAM data files • Knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) • Knowledge of code quality practices and application performance analysis on mainframe • Experience with CICS access interfaces, CICS/WEB, Broker and MQ Series • Knowledge of unit, integration, system/functional, acceptance/story, load, performance, vulnerability, usability and accessibility testing • Automation of functional, unit and load tests using software tools • Concepts of source code version control and use of ClearCase and Git • Proactivity, teamwork, self-management and decision-making skills • Oral and written communication skills with accuracy and clarity • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree)
