📋 Description

• Discuss and understand requirements gathering and process mapping focused on automating tasks for RPA • Conduct meetings and/or questionnaires and use existing inputs to understand the business and process context • Align with the client's Product Owner (PO) • Implement RPA automations using Automation Anywhere, Python, and other languages through scripts • Build AI Agents using N8N as a reference • Create test scenarios for automation implementation • Adopt deployment processes for QA and production • Create and maintain documentation and keep homologation and acceptance evidence up to date • Monitor and support automated (robotic) processes • Provide feedback to the project team on required delivery adjustments to mitigate or avoid production failures

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with robotic automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere (preferred), UiPath, Blue Prism, Bot City or others is desirable • Experience in systems development using Python, Java, Microsoft technologies or other languages • Experience building flows and workflows for AI Agents, primarily using N8N • Ability to analyze functional and technical requirements • Curious profile who enjoys researching and exploring alternative solutions to problems • Excellent communication skills • Ability to engage colleagues and act as a team motivator when facing challenges • Proactive attitude
