📋 Description

• Development and maintenance of systems on the Mainframe platform • Batch and online development in COBOL • Work with integration and communication via APIs, JSON and IBM MQ • Work on financial/transactional systems using ISO 8583 • Querying and performance optimization in DB2 • VSAM file handling • Participation in behavioral mapping stages, interviews and hiring processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Mainframe platforms • Knowledge of COBOL for batch and online development • Knowledge of TSO / ISPF • Knowledge of JCL (Job Control Language) • Knowledge of CICS • Knowledge of DB2, including embedded SQL, queries and performance • Knowledge of VSAM, including indexed and sequential files • Knowledge of APIs, with consumption and/or exposure via middleware layers • Knowledge of JSON for structuring and manipulating data • Knowledge of message queues (IBM MQ / messaging) • Knowledge of the ISO package (ISO 8583), important for financial/transactional systems • Bachelor's degree or higher
