📋 Description

• Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans focused on generating demand and increasing funnel velocity within the territory • Engage regularly with sales teams to align marketing initiatives and maximize impact • Design and coordinate regional and partner events from initial planning through post-event follow-up, including content creation • Collect, share, and prioritize insights with the corporate marketing team to optimize messaging, programs, and tactics • Collaborate with channel partners to create joint marketing programs and open opportunities within their customer base • Manage and monitor the field and partner marketing budget, assess results, and drive continuous improvement • Partner with Field Marketing leadership on strategic marketing initiatives and projects • Maintain an up-to-date Field Marketing events calendar and support team-efficiency projects • Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders, team members, and alliance partners to achieve mutual goals

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B field or partner marketing • Experience in cloud services or security technology for mid-market customers is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • Strong understanding of the B2B marketplace, channel partner ecosystems, and field marketing strategies • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales leaders and teams • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and related tools to update campaigns and measure success • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills • Ability to manage multiple territory plans and competing priorities simultaneously • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to create compelling, clear, and error-free marketing materials • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Fluency in both German and English • Offer conditioned on authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws, if applicable
