• Meet prospective and existing clients in-person at their office on an ongoing basis. • Generate new revenue targets by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options. • Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales targets. • Meet sales revenue targets. • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close. • Submit contracts following company pricing policies and procedures. • Keep management informed by actively maintaining all activity in the CRM. • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc. • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; and making recommendations to management. • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry conferences; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies. • Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of Arealytics. • New leads may be generated through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.
• 1-3 years commercial real estate industry or SaaS sales experience required • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is not required, but is desirable • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Computer skills including experience with a CRM, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite
