• Act as a strong IT business analyst for large, complex projects with high value to the organization. • Works with cross-functional, self-managed development teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement. • Collaborate with Product Owner, Agile teams, and business owners to gather requirements, creating a shared understanding with stakeholders. • Write user stories and requirements that include clear acceptance criteria. • Facilitate meetings with development and quality assurance teams to drive the implementation of all functional and non-functional requirements to completion. • Plan product releases in coordination with customers and development teams. • Review completed work products prior to delivery. • Creates SOPs as required. • Participate in testing when needed.
• Certified Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master.
• U.S. Citizenship required. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance. An active Secret clearance is preferred. • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience working as a software developer in an Agile environment. 14+ years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. • IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, GICSP, CND, or equivalent) is required. • Highly self-motivated and directed, able to exercise independent judgment and act. • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills. • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail. • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure. • Strong customer service orientation. • Experience working in a cross-functional team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) • Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools.
