• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Evaluate and assess existing quality control processes and identify areas for improvement. • Design and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software products and systems. • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support. • Collaborate with project managers and development teams to define quality objectives and targets. • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor the effectiveness of quality assurance activities. • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify quality gaps and non-compliance issues. • Develop and maintain documentation of quality assurance processes, procedures, and best practices. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Experience in leading and managing a team of quality assurance professionals. • Hands-on experience with test planning, test case design, and test execution. • Proficiency in using quality assurance tools, such as test management systems and defect tracking systems. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience working in a government contracting environment is preferred. • Certifications such as ISTQB or Six Sigma are a plus.
