• Serve as a senior HR business partner and strategic consultant executing HR strategies to support business goals and objectives. • Act as a trusted advisor to campus leadership teams and align to the Senior Vice President of Operations. • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and functional management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies. • Partner with leadership on organizational planning, identify talent gaps, and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent. • Lead change management initiatives and provide guidance/support to leadership and colleagues during periods of change. • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to leverage expertise and provide cohesive support to the business. • Collaborate with other HR Business Partners supporting different business units to ensure cohesion when implementing company-wide initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years progressive experience in human resources or business leadership with a focus on strategic partnerships and execution of HR initiatives. • Experience in a growth environment. • Comfortable with navigating organizational change. • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines with a progressive background within the human resources function. • Experience working within a center of excellence operating model within a human resources organization or business unit. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Ability to travel 15% of the time.
