📋 Description

• Develop and own integration plans for new partner companies and locations across IT, Finance, People, and Operations • Support new partner companies from acquisition through full integration into the Arsipa platform • Coordinate the relevant business functions, serving as the link between growth strategy and operational execution • Build buy-in for group-wide processes among the managing directors of subsidiary companies • Identify best practices and convert them into consistent Standard Operating Procedures • Build and continuously develop scalable structures and efficient workflows • Identify synergies and derive concrete measures for operational scaling • Connect local strengths with central group standards • Migrate existing systems to digital platforms for documentation, scheduling, and reporting • Lead the transformation of traditional business models into digitally oriented processes • Define and track relevant KPIs • Identify inefficiencies and demonstrate the financial contribution of initiatives using data

🎯 Requirements

• At least six years of professional experience in post-merger integration, management consulting, or a senior operations role in a rapidly growing company • Experience building scalable structures and optimizing complex processes and workflows • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Pragmatic, execution-oriented, and data-driven approach • Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or professional services would be an advantage • Professional background in a private equity environment with a buy-and-build strategy is desirable • Experience developing traditional business models into digitally oriented organizations would be a plus • Experience working with managing directors and central business functions on cross-company integration or transformation projects would be an additional asset
