📋 Description

• Post-merger integration (PMI) management: You design and own the integration plan for new sites across IT, Finance, People (HR) and Operations • Scaling operations: You identify best practices across the group and roll them out as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to increase efficiency across all sites • Digital transformation: In close collaboration with our tech team you migrate legacy systems to our in-house digital platforms for documentation, scheduling and reporting • Stakeholder management: You are the primary point of contact for the management teams of our subsidiaries and drive adoption of central group processes • Performance monitoring: You define and track KPIs to make integration success and the progress of operational scaling measurable • You identify synergies across our growing network

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years' experience in post-merger integration (PMI), management consulting, or a senior operations role in a fast-growing scale-up • Proven ability to build scalable structures from scratch and optimize complex workflows • Strong influencing skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through change processes • Doer mentality: You remain composed in the dynamic environment of a growing group and find pragmatic solutions to integration bottlenecks • You communicate fluently and confidently in German and English — with local SMEs as well as our international investors • Data-driven focus: You make decisions based on data to identify inefficiencies and demonstrate the ROI of your initiatives • Helpful: Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or professional services • Background in a private equity environment (buy-and-build) • Experience transforming analog business models into digital-first organizations
