• Champion front-end best practices in the engineering department • Bridge between technical and non-technical team members • Drive technical discussions and propose innovative solutions • Adopt a product-oriented mindset and contribute to product ecosystem development • Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge sharing • Take initiative on key projects and provide solutions • Lead, mentor, and guide junior engineers • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Deep understanding of product development and creating value for end-users • Enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies • Stay updated with the latest developments in front-end engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in STEM * Additional experience considered in lieu of degree • 5+ years of experience building web applications in production • 2+ years production experience in React • Strong experience in React app building and state management solutions • Experience with testing tools like Jest and React Testing Library • Skills in creating sharable and reusable components • Solid experience with RESTful services • Proven track record of successful project delivery and cross-functional collaboration • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Knowledge of GraphQL, Apollo Client, Material UI design principles, React components, backend development (NodeJS or NestJS), monitoring and alerting systems, and code generation tools
