📋 Description

• Manage a high-volume desk of concurrent requisitions across technology and go-to-market roles • Source, screen and advance candidates quickly while meeting weekly qualified-candidate pipeline targets • Use Metaview, Noon and Claude for sourcing, outreach sequences, screening summaries and interview notes • Maintain accurate and current Greenhouse stages, notes, scorecards and dispositions • Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed and engaged • Screen for English proficiency, role fit and LATAM contractor readiness • Flag pipeline risks early and share market feedback with pod leads

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience with proven high-volume delivery • Experience recruiting for both tech and GTM roles • Active use of AI tools such as Metaview, Noon, Claude or similar • Experience with Greenhouse or another modern ATS • Professional/advanced English, written and spoken • Strong organization, speed and follow-through; comfort with metrics and targets • Knowledge of the Colombian tech and sales talent market • Permanently authorized to work in the country of residence • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future • Nice to have: agency or nearshore staffing background with US clients • Nice to have: outreach sequencing and email enrichment workflows • Nice to have: recruiting exposure across multiple LATAM countries
